Because each bracelet is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or repair when appropriate.
If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be requested within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

For custom bracelets, customers can provide their birth date or personal preference, and the bracelet will be assembled accordingly using a curated selection of gemstones.
Because natural stones are unique, each bracelet may vary slightly in color, pattern, and inclusions. This natural variation is part of the beauty of genuine gemstones.
Bracelets are strung using durable elastic cord and finished by hand. Please handle with care and avoid excessive stretching or water exposure.
